Do I need to install anything on my Shopify store?+
No. ShopifyGuard is a Chrome extension that scans the storefront as a visitor’s browser sees it. There’s no app to install in your Shopify admin and no theme code to touch.
Can I scan stores I don’t own?+
Yes. ShopifyGuard reads only what’s publicly loaded on the storefront, so you can audit competitors or prospective clients exactly as you would your own store.
Is the free plan really free?+
Yes — one scan per day, the health score, conflicts, and one saved store, with no card required. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans, AI explanations, PDF reports, and daily monitoring.
How do I activate a paid plan?+
After checkout we email you a license key. Open the extension → Settings → paste the key → Activate. You can resend it anytime from your account page.
What does it cost and can I cancel?+
Pro is $14/mo and Agency is $39/mo, billed in USD. Annual plans give you two months free. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of your billing period.
